Setting a National Precedent for Disability Justice
In partnership with the Washington State Supreme Court Disability Justice Task Force, KMG led the nation’s first statewide court study applying a Disability Justice framework to accessibility and participation.
The findings will shape Washington’s approach to access and accountability in the state’s court system and serve as a nationwide model for reform.
